Our Rosé just smells of summer… There’s fresh cut hay, overlaid with tight white fleshed pear and restrained summer red fruits too. Not a rich, full Rose by any stretch, this is more in the refreshing aperitif style, where one glass is definitely not enough!

Crafted with spring / summer drinking in mind, this gorgeous Rose was made from fine quality Blewitt Springs bush vine Grenache. Handpicked fruit, whole bunch pressed and cold settled in tank. The juice was later inoculated and fermented to dryness. From here the wine was racked to 225L barriques for partial MLF and maturation before bottling in early September 2023.
