  • Crafted with spring / summer drinking in mind, this gorgeous Rose was made from fine quality Blewitt Springs bush vine Grenache. Handpicked fruit, whole bunch pressed and cold settled in tank. The juice was later inoculated and fermented to dryness. From here the wine was racked to 225L barriques for partial MLF and maturation before bottling in early September 2023.
